Saturday, 31st July 2010 Today was Finals Day at the Club. The Ladies Final was once again between defending champion Linda McDougall and Dorothy Fisher. Frequent heavy squally showers made the playing conditions difficult for both players but despite the recent disappointing weather, the course was in wonderful condition. The game was nip and tuck all the way. Eventually Linda ran out the winner at the 17th hole with a 2 & 1 victory thereby winning the title for the 13th time. Thanks to everyone who braved the elements by following the match and supporting both players.
